Minutes
The meeting came to order at 7:02 P.M. with the following persons present:
Members: Robin O’Malley – chair, Lisa Bartlett-Collin, Andy Belliveau, Mary-Beth Foster (left at 8:20pm), Reggie Tardif
Members not present: John Bonazoli – Clerk, Jim Lacey – vice chair
Guests: Mike Farrell – Interim Town Administrator; Carol Jacobs – Superintendent; Tim Gerraughty and Charles Waters – Affordable Housing Trust; Diane Jodoin – Georgetown Housing; David Surface, Phil Trapani – Board of Selectmen; Harry LaCortiglia – CPC; Richard Paganelli and Jeff Wade – Rec Path; Richard Talbot – CPC; Carl Shreder – Con Com; Steve Przyjemski – Con Com Agent

Town Meeting Date: has been set for May 3, 2010 at 7:00 pm
Warrant Articles Reviewed: CPC came before us and presented all their articles., ATM10-20) letters A through G.
Budget:
- Mike presented us with the unbalanced first pass budget.
- Mike explained that New School Spending should also include the following, these numbers still need to be finalized.
Essex retirement – non teachers: $354,288
Health insurance - $857,773 and $422,773
Dental insurance - $60,611 and $31,129
Life insurance - $2,151 and $1,085
Whittier - $229,492
Crossing Guards - $3,500
School Choice - $146,021
Essex Technical - $61,339
Highway department expenses, administrative expenses and benefits still need to be figured
Next Meeting will be March 30, 2010. We will work on balancing the budget. Primarily school, legal, reserve fund, snow and ice.
Reg Tardif made a motion to adjourn. Andy Belleveau seconded the motion.
